What are my prices as a business?
By registering at FunideliaPro, you will gain access to advantages such as reduced prices tailored to your type of business.
Once we receive your registration request on the website, we will activate your user account (it’s completely free). This way, you will be able to see the prices with the discount applied and make purchases from the website.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
The shipping cost is free for orders over €200. For amounts below that, shipping will have a cost of €12.
On each product, you will find the nearest delivery date that we can offer you (each size of the same product may have different delivery dates).
We have a multitude of products in stock, so preparation and shipping will be done within 24-48 working hours. If we do not have enough units in our warehouse and need to request them from our supplier, we will provide you with a longer delivery date, but always the closest one we can offer you. Therefore, it is not possible for the package to arrive earlier.
If you select items with different delivery times, you will receive your order within the longer timeframe, and you will be notified before confirming the purchase. Otherwise, it would be necessary to place two separate orders.
What are the payment methods?
You can complete your purchase (with no minimum order) using the following payment methods:
- Credit Card. (We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Visa 4B, Maestro, and American Express with no maximum limit)
- Paypal.
- Bank Transfer. (Shipping will be done after the payment is validated, so the delivery date may be delayed).
How do I choose the right size?
In each costume, you will find a "Size Guide" specific to the product page. We recommend following these measurements, and if you are between two sizes, select the larger one, as it is better for them to be loose.
Sometimes, we do not have this guide available, and we cannot provide more information. In those cases, we recommend choosing the size you usually wear.
Where can I find the availability/stock of a product?
On each product page, you will find the delivery date individually, and if you need more than one unit, you can check the quantities and their delivery times in the "Product Stock" section.
This availability is updated at all times. Additionally, before finalizing the payment, we will provide you with the estimated specific delivery date for the complete order to the address you provide.

How can I make a return?
Returns will only be accepted for defective products, due to our own errors, or damages during transport. This must be communicated in advance to our Customer Service Team. No refunds of any other kind will be made.
The return must be notified within 48 hours following the delivery of the order. When we receive your request, we will offer you the options considering the current availability of that product.
Where can I download my invoices?
You will be able to download the invoice once you receive confirmation that your order has been "shipped" from our facilities. You will find it within "your account" in the "Invoice Management" section.
